About these terms

The website is operated by Meadowline Coaching Consultancy Ltd., of 27 Brackenmere Street, West Didsbury, Manchester, M20 3GT, United Kingdom. By accessing the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use.

These terms concern public website use. A consultancy proposal, statement of work or service agreement may create additional contractual obligations. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these website terms in relation to commissioned work, the signed agreement will take priority for that work.

Information and professional boundaries

Website content provides general information about sports coaching, organisational practice, safeguarding and performance planning. It is not legal, medical, psychological or other regulated professional advice. Individual health, injury, rehabilitation and treatment decisions should be addressed by suitably qualified professionals.

Safeguarding information does not replace an organisation’s reporting procedure or statutory services. If someone is in immediate danger in the United Kingdom, call 999. Users remain responsible for assessing information against their sport, governing-body rules, participants, insurance and legal duties.

User obligations

You must use the website lawfully and must not attempt to damage, disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the website, server, forms or associated systems. You must not introduce malicious code, misuse contact details, impersonate another person or submit information that you do not have a lawful right to provide.

Do not submit confidential safeguarding case details, unnecessary health information or sensitive participant records through the general contact form. Where an enquiry concerns consultancy services, first provide a high-level description so that an appropriate and secure information route can be agreed.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website copy, original graphics, layout and design are owned by or licensed to Meadowline Coaching Consultancy Ltd. You may view pages, print reasonable extracts and share links for personal, educational or internal business reference. You may not republish substantial content, sell it, remove notices, scrape it systematically or present it as your own without written permission.

Names of sports bodies, institutions and other third parties belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in editorial discussion does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

Availability and external material

We may alter, suspend or withdraw website content or functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from every error or continued availability of a particular page. Users are responsible for maintaining suitable devices, software and security.

References to external organisations or resources are provided for context. External sites are controlled by their operators, and their content, availability and privacy practices may change. A reference does not amount to responsibility for the external service.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that restriction, the website is provided for general information and no guarantee is made that content will meet a particular user’s needs.

To the extent permitted by law, Meadowline Coaching Consultancy Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on public website content, inability to access the site or use of a third-party resource. Users should obtain appropriate advice before taking decisions with significant legal, safeguarding, medical or financial consequences.

Suspension and termination

We may block or restrict access where there is a reasonable belief that a user has breached these terms, threatened security, infringed rights or misused website services. Provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, governing law and disputes continue where their nature requires them to survive termination.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring proceedings elsewhere. Before issuing proceedings, the parties should attempt to resolve the matter by written notice describing the issue and requested outcome.

Questions may be sent to [email protected]. We may amend these terms when operations, content or legal requirements change. Updated terms apply when published and do not retrospectively replace separately signed service agreements.
